I cannot believe it's already that time of the year, when I'm writing the post summing up the second year of my BA Film course, as two-thirds of my Middlesex journey has just come to an end. I must say, this has been an extremely busy and productive year, which is why it feels like it went way too quickly. As far as I am concerned, working on the project was slightly different. I kept myself quite busy during pre-production, as I was helping two groups with storyboards, floor plans and shot lists. I fairly enjoyed the stage of production, as I got to work as a DOP, what is my area of expertise, as well as I spent a great time on other sets helping as a Camera Operator or a Camera Assistant. However, the busiest time for me was the last stage of post-production, as I spent over a month colour grading people's films. I feel like I have gained so much experience with DaVinci Resolve and I am pretty confident about signing myself up for the role of a colourist now.

One Foot in the Sea was the second project of main priority for me, as the role I took up was of an equal importance. Even though, I sacrificed less time in the pre-production stage that when working on Bardo, I feel like the outcome of that film is a lot more satisfying for me as a DOP and Colourist.

Being a part on the crew in the production of U was an absolutely amazing experience to me. I was never meant to join the production in the first place but I happened to replace the camera operator for one day, when filming the park scene and helped out a little bit the next day in the studio. Both days I consider a very useful experience, as I must say working with Ardeshir, again, turned out to be a great lesson.
